Homemade Pot Cozy

We'll step foot on the trail tomorrow morning around this time 9:30am.  We are putting the finishing touches on our gear and making sure our pack weights are good to go...lots of preparation has gone into this trip and now it's time to get this party started! We'll be leaving Nick's parents in a few hours to head down south towards the Mexican border.  Tomorrow is the day we have been waiting for!!

Nick built a pot cozy last night to keep our food warm.  There is a titanium pot/lid under this metallic cozy.  Our delicious freeze dried meals will be re-hydrating in style.
